Japanese horror flicks have always been my favorite. Asia is a huge place, with A LOT of people. To get your films noticed, you REALLY need to stand out.

As far as America goes, I thought it was hopeless finding a decent horror movie. I'm now aware that it's not a nation wide thing. Here, movies tend to be the same story, different set. I mean, how many movies have you picked up at Block Buster only to find out that they're all about 26 year old actresses playing the roles of teenagers who get lost in the woods, and at some point lose half of their clothing into the process?

Nothing is realistic anymore. They only cast stupidly good looking women and men, thus creating an image to younger and OLDER crowds, of what men and women are supposed to look like, and it's completely unreasonable.

The people they cast in these movies, I see someone that good looking maybe ONCE A YEAR, and I've lived in A LOT of places.

Film makers out here would be a lot better off if they'd stop referring to comic books and old cartoons for movie ideas. Sure, we all want to see the movies we saw when we were in high school, with todays technology and quality. Once and awhile a remake is just fine. But now days it's ALL YOU SEE. Spider man, Batman, The Hulk, Transformers, Fantastic Four.

When you're FLAT OUT of ideas, here are the three things you resort to. Teenager comedies, sequels, and Remakes.

Creativity is extinct trait, just about.

Sad, isn't it?
